As a Postpartum Doula, a lactation specialist and a Newborn Care Specialist. We care for and support new parents after the birth of their baby/babies. We offer infant care, education and guidance, breastfeeding and bottle feeding support, emotional and educational support, cooking, companionship and more.

This is a very exciting, yet very overwhelming transition in your life and we will be there to guide you through the first 6-12 weeks.

The need for support after birth is best for you and your baby. Many families live very far away from the members of their family that could offer help and guidance. If they do live close, chances are they work or have very busy lives themselves. Many partners have to go back to work after just a couple of days or a week off. Having a postpartum doula reduces the chance of depression and increases your positive nursing experience.
